Saaib reported,
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Jibreel 
came to me and said, 'Instruct your companions to raise their voices with the talbiyah.'"Sufyan once narrated it as, "Jibreel ﷺ came to me and commanded me to instruct my companions to raise their voices with the talbiyah."

Sahihحدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن عبد الله بن أبي بكر عن عبد الملك بن أبي بكر بن الحارث
عن خلاد بن السائب بن خلاد عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ قال أتاني جبريل عليه السلام فقال مر أصحابك فليرفعوا أصواتهم بالإهلال وقال سفيان مرة أتاني جبريل ﷺ فأمرني أن آمر أصحابي أن يرفعوا أصواتهم بالإهلال
Its isnad is sahih. Abdul-Malik bin Abu Bakr bin Harith, also said to be bin Abu Bakr bin Abdul-Rahman bin Harith, the Makhzumi Qurashi, was deemed trustworthy by Nasai and Ibn Hibban, and Ibn Saad said he was generous, wealthy, and trustworthy. His hadith appears in the collections of the group (al-jamaah). Khallad bin Saaib bin Khallad is trustworthy, and some counted him among the companions.The hadith was narrated by Abu Dawud, 2/162, no. 1814, in the book of rites of Hajj, chapter on how the talbiyah is said, and by Tirmidhi, 3/182, no. 829, who graded it sahih, in the book of Hajj, chapter on raising the voice with the talbiyah, and by Nasai, 5/162, no. 2753, and Ibn Majah, 2/975, no. 2922, and Malik, 1/334.
