I knew an elderly woman of our household who had been among the women who pledged allegiance to the Prophet ﷺ. She said, "We came to him one day and he took from us the pledge that we would not wail in mourning."The old woman said, "Messenger of Allah, there were people who stood by me in mourning when a calamity struck me, and now a calamity has struck them, and I wish to stand by them in return."Then she came back to him and gave him her pledge, and she said, "That is the honorable conduct that Allah spoke of, "and will not disobey you in what is right" [Mumtahinah 60:12].
قال حدثنا أبو سعيد حدثنا عمر بن فروخ قال حدثنا
أدركت عجوزا لنا كانت فيمن بايعن النبي ﷺ قالت أتيناه يوما فأخذ علينا أن لا تنحن قالت العجوز يا رسول الله إن ناسا كانوا قد أسعدوني على مصيبة أصابتني وإنهم أصابتهم مصيبة وأنا أريد أن أسعدهم ثم إنها أتته فبايعته وقالت هو المعروف الذي قال الله عز وجل {ولا يعصينك في معروف}

Its isnad is sahih. Abu Sulayl is Dareeb bin Nuqayr, who is trustworthy, but it has been said that he did not meet any of the companions. I say that this contains an implicit response to that claim, because he says that she was an old woman from Bani Numayr, and perhaps those who denied that he heard from any companion did not know this old woman or were not aware of her. In any case, the hadith has already appeared at 16222, so see it there.
