The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever frightens the people of Madinah unjustly, Allah will frighten him, and upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Allah will not accept from him on the Day of Resurrection any compensation or ransom."
قال أنس بن عياض الليثي أبو ضمرة قال حدثني يزيد بن خصيفة عن عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي صعصعة عن عطاء بن يسار
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من أخاف أهل المدينة ظلما أخافه الله وعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين لا يقبل الله منه يوم القيامة صرفا ولا عدلا
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Anas bin Iyad Laythi, Abu Damra, is a well-known trustworthy narrator from whom Ahmad narrated. The wording here might suggest tadlis, but the Imam is not known for tadlis, and his hearing from him is continuous, as established many times before. The rest of the narrators are also well-known and trustworthy. The hadith was mentioned previously at 15163.
