I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "Whoever wrongfully takes any portion of land will have it placed around his neck from the seven earths."
حدثنا يزيد بن عبد ربه حدثنا بقية بن الوليد حدثني الزبيدي عن الزهري عن طلحة بن عبد الله بن عوف أن عبد الرحمن بن عمرو بن سهل أخبره أن
سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول من ظلم من الأرض شيئا فإنه يطوقه من سبع أرضين
Its isnad is sahih. Zubaydi, with the zaa vowelled with a damma, is Muhammad bin Walid bin Amir Himsi, the judge. He is trustworthy and reliable, and was the most knowledgeable person in Syria regarding legal rulings and hadith. Ibn Main considered him more reliable than Ibn Uyayna in narrating from Zuhri.
