A woman from Qays reported, along with another, that they both heard the Prophet ﷺ speak. One of them said, "I heard him say, 'O Allah, forgive me my sins, my mistakes, and what I have done deliberately.'"The other said, "I heard him say, 'O Allah, I seek Your guidance toward what is most upright in my affairs, and I take refuge in You from the evil of my own soul.'"

Its isnad is sahih, its narrators are leading authorities, and Jareeri is Saeed bin Iyas, and Abu Ala is Yazid bin Abdullah bin Shikhir, and all of them are reliable.
