The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, regarding "when the most wretched of them was sent forth" [Shams 91:12], "The man who was sent against her was a fierce, powerful, and well-protected figure among his clan, like Abu Zamah."Then he admonished them for laughing at the sound of breaking wind, saying, "Why does one of you laugh at what he himself does?"Then he said, "Why does one of you flog his wife the way a slave is flogged, when he may well lie with her at the end of the same day?"
قال حدثنا أبو معاوية قال حدثنا هشام بن عروة عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ {إذ انبعث أشقاها} انبعث لها رجل عارم عزيز منيع في رهطه مثل أبي زمعة ثم وعظهم في الضحك من الضرطة فقال إلى ما يضحك أحدكم مما يفعل قال ثم قال إلى ما يجلد أحدكم امرأته جلد العبد ثم لعله أن يضاجعها من آخر يومه
