Riders would come to us from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and we would ask them to recite to us. They would tell us that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Let the one among you who knows the most of the Quran lead you in prayer."

كان تأتينا الركبان من قبل رسول الله ﷺ فنستقرئهم فيحدثونا أن رسول الله ﷺ قال ليؤمكم أكثركم قرآنا
