The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a man rises from his seat and then returns to it, he has the greater right to it. And if he had some need and got up to attend to it, then returned, he still has the greater right to it."
حدثنا عفان قال حدثنا خالد الواسطي قال حدثنا عمرو بن يحيى عن محمد بن يحيى عن عمه واسع بن حبان
عن النبي ﷺ قال إذا قام الرجل من مجلسه فرجع إليه فهو أحق به وإن كانت له حاجة فقام إليها ثم رجع فهو أحق به
