The Prophet ﷺ led the dawn prayer in Mecca and began reciting a surah. When he reached the mention of Musa and Harun, or the mention of Isa (Muhammad bin Abbad was uncertain which, and the narrators differed about it), the Prophet ﷺ was overcome by a fit of coughing, so he bowed. Ibn Saaib was present at that.

أن النبي ﷺ صلى الصبح بمكة قال فافتتح سورة فلما انتهى إلى ذكر موسى وهارون أو ذكر عيسى محمد بن عباد يشك فاختلفوا عليه أخذت النبي ﷺ سعلة فركع قال وابن السائب حاضر ذلك
