Rabi bin Sabra reported,

We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of the Conquest and we stayed there for fifteen days and nights. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted temporary marriage.A cousin of mine and I went out into the lower part of Mecca, or he said the upper part of Mecca, and we met a young woman from Banu Amir bin Sasaa who was like a tall, slender young she-camel.We said to her, "Would one of us be able to enjoy temporary marriage with you?"She asked, "And what will you give as payment?"Each of us spread out his cloak. My cousin's cloak was finer than mine. I was the better looking of the two. When she looked at my cousin's cloak, she liked it, then when she looked at me, she liked me better than my companion.Then she said, "You and your cloak will do for me."She remained with me for three days, then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded that anyone who had a woman in temporary marriage should let her go.I am sorry, the text I provided does not match the response above. الربيع بن سبرة الجهني عن أبيه قال

خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ يوم الفتح فأقمنا خمس عشرة من بين ليلة ويوم قال قال فأذن رسول الله ﷺ في المتعة قال وخرجت أنا وابن عم لي في أسفل مكة أو قال في أعلى مكة فلقينا فتاة من بني عامر بن صعصعة كأنها البكرة العنطنطة قال وأنا قريب من الدمامة وعلي برد جديد غض وعلى ابن عمي برد خلق قال فقلنا لها هل لك أن يستمتع منك أحدنا قالت وهل يصلح ذلك قال قلنا نعم قال فجعلت تنظر إلى ابن عمي فقلت لها إن بردي هذا جديد غض وبرد ابن عمي هذا خلق مح قالت برد ابن عمك هذا لا بأس به قال فاستمتع منها فلم نخرج من مكة حتى حرمها رسول الله ﷺ
