It was reported from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that during the year of Tabuk he performed wudu washing each part once.

Its chain of transmission is daif. Rushdin bin Saad is daif. Abu Abdullah Ghafiqi is Dahhak bin Shurahbil. This is a repetition of 149, so it becomes sahih li-ghayrihi, as was already indicated.
