The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sacrificed two rams on the day of Eid. As he turned them toward the qiblah, he said, "I have turned my face toward the One who originated the heavens and the earth, devoted purely to Him in submission, and I am not among those who associate partners with Him. Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, Lord of all the worlds. He has no partner. With this I have been commanded, and I am the first of those who submit. In the name of Allah. Allah is the greatest. O Allah, this is from You and for You, on behalf of Muhammad and his community."
