The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said about this righteous servant for whom the Throne shook and the gates of heaven were opened, "He was pressed in his grave, then Allah relieved him of it." Once he said "were opened," and once he said "then Allah relieved him of it," and once he said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said this about Saad on the day he died and was being buried."
حدثنا محمد بن بشر حدثنا محمد بن عمرو حدثني يزيد بن عبد الله بن أسامة بن يزيد الليثي ويحيى بن سعيد عن معاذ بن رفاعة الزرقي
قال رسول الله ﷺ لهذا العبد الصالح الذي تحرك له العرش وفتحت له أبواب السماء شدد عليه ففرج الله عنه وقال مرة فتحت وقال مرة ثم فرج الله عنه وقال مرة قال رسول الله ﷺ لسعد يوم مات وهو يدفن
