The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, or I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "When the strap of one of your sandals breaks, do not walk in just one sandal until you repair the strap. Do not walk in only one shoe. Do not eat with your left hand. Do not sit wrapped in a single garment with your knees drawn up. And do not wrap yourself in the Samma manner."

قال رسول الله ﷺ أو سمعت رسول الله ﷺ قال من انقطع شسع نعله أو إذا انقطع شسع نعل أحدكم فلا يمشي في نعل واحدة حتى يصلح شسعه ولا يمشي في خف واحد ولا يأكل بشماله ولا يحتبي بالثوب الواحد ولا يلتحف الصماء
