I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reciting this verse while at Arafah, "Allah bears witness that there is no god but He, and so do the angels and those endowed with knowledge, upholding justice. There is no god but He, the Mighty, the Wise" [Aal Imran 3:18], and he added, "And I am among those who bear witness to that, my Lord."

Its chain of transmission is daif, like the one before it. Ibn Kathir mentioned it in the tafsir, 2:114, citing the Musnad, without commenting on its chain of transmission. It also appears in az-Zawaid, 6:325, attributed to Ahmad, and something similar to Tabarani, where it is said, "Their chains of transmission contain unknown narrators."
