Hafiz said in al-Taajil, 67, "I think this is a mistake, arising from a scribal error in his name and a distortion in his father's name, and he is actually Habib bin Amr Ansari," but he did not provide any evidence for what he supposed.Abu Saad Ansari, in al-Taajil, 487, "He is Abu Saeed, to be mentioned," then he said, 489, "Abu Saeed Ansari, another one, who narrated from Abu Yahya, the freedman of the family of Zubayr, and Jubayr bin Amr Ansari narrated from him." Then he mentioned nothing further about him.Abu Yahya, the freedman of the family of Zubayr, Hafiz gave him a biographical entry in al-Taajil, pointing to his hadith which comes after this one, then he mentioned nothing further about him.So all three of these are unknown narrators.This hadith is in al-Jami al-Sagheer, 3221, and its commentator Munawi said, "Hafiz Iraqi said, 'Its chain is daif,' and his student Haythami said, 'It contains a group of people I do not know,' and Sakhawi and others followed him in this."
