Whenever the Prophet ﷺ delivered a sermon, he used to lean against the trunk of a palm tree among the pillars of the mosque. When a pulpit was made for him and he mounted it, that pillar began to shake, moaning like a she-camel, so loudly that the people in the mosque heard it, until he came down to it and embraced it, whereupon it became still.Rawh said, "It fell silent."Ibn Bakr said, "That pillar shook."Rawh said, "It shook, moaning like a she-camel."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا ابن جريج وروح حدثنا ابن جريج أخبرني أبو الزبير أنه سمع
كان النبي ﷺ إذا خطب يستند إلى جذع نخلة من سواري المسجد فلما صنع له منبره استوى عليه اضطربت تلك السارية كحنين الناقة حتى سمعها أهل المسجد حتى نزل إليها فاعتنقها فسكنت وقال روح فسكتت وقال ابن بكر فاضطربت تلك السارية وقال روح اضطربت كحنين
