I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "I have been commanded to fight people until they say, 'There is no god but Allah.' Once they say it, their lives and property are protected from me, except for what is due by right, and their reckoning is with Allah."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا ابن جريج أخبرني أبو الزبير أنه سمع
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول أقاتل الناس حتى يقولوا لا إله إلا الله فإذا فعلوا ذلك عصموا دماءهم وأموالهم إلا بحقها وحسابهم على الله
Its isnad is sahih. It came before at 9624.
