The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was of a brownish complexion, and I never smelled any musk or ambergris more fragrant than the scent of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

كان رسول الله ﷺ أسمر ولم أشم مسكة ولا عنبرة أطيب ريحا من رسول الله ﷺ
Its isnad is sahih, like the one before it, but there is a problem with its text. The sahih collections state that the Prophet ﷺ was white in complexion with a tinge of redness, and another narration in the sahih collections also states that he was radiant in complexion. As for the rest of the hadith, it has already been mentioned at 13732.
