Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ spoke a word, he would repeat it three times, and whenever he came to a group of people and greeted them, he would greet them three times.
حدثنا عبد الصمد حدثنا عبد الله بن المثنى عن ثمامة
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان إذا تكلم بكلمة رددها ثلاثا وإذا أتى قوما فسلم عليهم سلم عليهم ثلاثا
