I was walking with the Prophet ﷺ, who was wearing a Najrani cloak with a coarse border, while a Bedouin Arabi from the desert people was making requests of him. They reached one of his chambers, and the Bedouin yanked the cloak so hard that it tore and its border dug into the neck of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Yet the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ only response was to order that something be given to him, and so it was given.

كنت أمشي مع النبي ﷺ وعليه برد نجراني غليظ الحاشية وأعرابي يسأله من أهل البادية حتى انتهى إلى بعض حجره فجذبه جذبة حتى انشق البرد وحتى تغيبت حاشيته في عنق رسول الله ﷺ وكان من تغيير رسول الله ﷺ أنه أمر له بشيء فأعطيه
