The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said that written between his eyes are the letters K-F-R, meaning disbeliever, which every believer can read, whether literate or illiterate.

أن نبي الله ﷺ قال إن بين عينيه مكتوب ك ف ر أي كافر يقرؤها المؤمن أمي وكاتب
