Anas bin Malik reported,

The Prophet ﷺ consulted his companions about setting out for Badr. Abu Bakr offered his opinion, then Umar offered his opinion, then he consulted them again. Some of the Ansar said, "Prophet of Allah ﷺ means us, company of Ansar."A spokesman of the Ansar said, "You consult us, Prophet of Allah? By Allah, we will not say to you what the Children of Israil said to Musa , 'Go, you and your Lord, and fight, we will sit right here.' Rather, by the One who sent you with the truth, if you were to drive your mounts until they reached Birk," Ibn Abu Adi said, "until they reached Birk al-Ghimad, we would follow you."

عن أنس بن مالك قال

استشار النبي ﷺ مخرجه إلى بدر فأشار عليه أبو بكر ثم استشار عمر فأشار عليه عمر ثم استشارهم فقال بعض الأنصار إياكم يريد نبي الله ﷺ يا معشر الأنصار فقال قائل الأنصار تستشيرنا يا نبي الله إنا لا نقول لك كما قالت بنو إسرائيل لموسى عليه السلام اذهب أنت وربك فقاتلا إنا هاهنا قاعدون ولكن والذي بعثك بالحق لو ضربت أكبادها إلى برك قال ابن أبي عدي إلى برك الغماد لاتبعناك
