When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ supplicated, he would turn the backs of his palms toward his face and the insides of his palms toward the ground.
حدثنا يزيد أنبأنا حماد بن سلمة عن ثابت البناني
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان إذا دعا جعل ظاهر كفيه مما يلي وجهه وباطنهما مما يلي الأرض
