The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was at the home of one of his wives, and I think she was Ayesha, when one of the Mothers of the Believers sent her servant with a bowl containing food. The other wife struck the servant's hand, breaking the bowl in two.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Your mother has become jealous."He then took the two broken pieces and joined them together, placed the food back inside, and said, "Eat."So they ate. He kept the messenger and the bowl until they had finished, then he handed the messenger another bowl in its place and left the broken one where it was.
