Ali said, "I suggested Hamza's daughter to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he replied, 'She is the daughter of my foster brother.'"
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن أبي عون قال
قال علي ذكرت ابنة حمزة لرسول الله ﷺ فقال إنها ابنة أخي من الرضاعة
Its isnad is sahih, and we have already discussed a similar isnad at 1077. The hadith carries the same meaning as 1099.
