The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Say, 'O Allah, I ask You for guidance and uprightness.' By guidance, keep in mind your being guided along the road, and by uprightness, keep in mind the straightening of an arrow."He said, "He forbade," or "He forbade me from wearing silk garments and from using silken saddle covers, and from wearing a ring on the index finger or the middle finger."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن عاصم بن كليب قال سمعت أبا بردة قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ قل اللهم إني أسألك الهدى والسداد واذكر بالهدى هدايتك الطريق واذكر بالسداد تسديدك السهم قال ونهى أو نهاني عن القسي والميثرة وعن الخاتم في السبابة أو الوسطى
