A man was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and they said, "He is intoxicated."He said, "I only drank raisins and dates soaked together in a gourd."So he was struck with sandals and beaten with hands, and the Prophet forbade mixing gourds, raisins, and dates together.
حدثنا حجاج أخبرنا شعبة عن أبي التياح عن أبي الوداك قال لا أشرب نبيذا بعدما سمعت
جيء برجل إلى رسول الله ﷺ قال قالوا إنه نشوان فقال إنما شربت زبيبا وتمرا في دباءة قال فخفق بالنعال ونهز بالأيدي ونهى عن الدباء والزبيب والتمر أن يخلطا
