We estimated the length of the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ standing in the Zuhr and Asr prayers. We estimated his standing in the first two rakahs of Zuhr to be about the length of thirty verses, roughly equivalent to Surah as-Sajdah (Alif Lam Mim Tanzeel). We estimated his standing in the last two rakahs to be half of that. We estimated his standing in the first two rakahs of Asr to be equivalent to the last two rakahs of Zuhr, and his standing in the last two rakahs of Asr to be half of that.
