Abdullah bin Masud said, "Shall I not pray for you the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?" He then prayed and did not raise his hands except once.
حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن عاصم يعني ابن كليب عن عبد الرحمن بن الأسود
قال عبد الله بن مسعود ألا أصلي بكم صلاة رسول الله ﷺ قال فصلى فلم يرفع يديه إلا مرة
[Its chain is daif] Tirmidhi transmitted it in the Book of Prayer, Chapter on What Has Been Reported that the Prophet ﷺ Did Not Raise His Hands Except the First Time: 257, and Nasai, no. 1027, from the hadith of Sufyan Thawri, and he was a mudallis. Yahya bin Saeed Qattan, Ibn Mubarak, Abu Asim Nabil, and others accused him of tadlis, and I did not find an explicit statement that he heard it directly. This flaw alone is sufficient to weaken the chain. Furthermore, Shafii, Ahmad, Bukhari, Ibn Mubarak, and the majority declared it daif, and whoever graded it sahih was mistaken.
