Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, or perhaps it was Umar who said, "If one of you has two garments, let him pray in them. If he has only a single garment, let him wrap it around his waist as a lower garment, and let him not drape it over himself in the manner of the Jews."

عن ابن عمر قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ أو قال قال عمر رضي الله عنه إذا كان لأحدكم ثوبان فليصل فيهما فإن لم يكن إلا ثوب واحد فليتزر به ولا يشتمل اشتمال اليهود
