A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked, "Messenger of Allah, whom should I treat with kindness?"He replied, "Your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, and your freed slave who is closely connected to you. This is an obligatory right and a tie of kinship to be maintained."

[Its isnad is daif]. Bukhari narrated it in Adab al-Mufrad, no. 47, from the hadith of Kulayb, who is majhul al-hal (of unknown status), and Ibn Hibban alone deemed him trustworthy.
