The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever recites in the morning 'So glory be to Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning. To Him belongs all praise in the heavens and the earth, and in the late afternoon and when you enter the noontime' up to 'and thus shall you be brought forth' [Rum 30:17–19], will catch up with whatever he missed during that day. And whoever recites them in the evening will catch up with whatever he missed during that night."Rabi reported this from Layth.

عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال من قال حين يصبح {فسبحان الله حين تمسون وحين تصبحون وله الحمد في السموات والأرض وعشيا وحين تظهرون} إلى {وكذلك تخرجون} أدرك ما فاته في يومه ذلك ومن قالهن حين يمسي أدرك ما فاته في ليلته قال الربيع عن الليث
Sourcing, its isnad is extremely daif. Tabarani narrated it in Al-Kabir (12/239, no. 12991) through the hadith of Layth bin Saad, through Saeed bin Bashir, who is majhul (Taqrib), and his teacher is daif, and Ibn Adi and Ibn Hibban also accused him. Abdul-Rahman Bilmani is also daif, and Bukhari and others declared the hadith daif.
