The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever has his wealth sought unjustly and fights and is killed is a martyr."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا يحيى عن سفيان قال حدثني عبد الله بن حسن قال حدثني عمي إبراهيم بن محمد بن طلحة
عن النبي ﷺ قال من أريد ماله بغير حق فقاتل فقتل فهو شهيد
Grading, its isnad is sahih.Nasai narrated it in the chapter on prohibition of blood, the section on one who is killed defending his property, no. 4093, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan, and Tirmidhi narrated it, no. 1419, 1420, from the hadith of Abdullah, 1419, 1420, and he said, hasan sahih.
