The Messenger of Allah ﷺ Musaddad's version says that he delivered a sermon on the day of the Conquest, and from there the two accounts agree, said, "Every claim to distinction from the days of ignorance, whether involving blood or wealth, that is still recalled and pressed, lies beneath my two feet, except for the duty of providing water to the pilgrims and the custodianship of the House."Then he said, "The blood money for a killing that is unintentional yet resembles the intentional, that is, a killing carried out with a whip or a stick, is one hundred camels, forty of them pregnant."
