The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled regarding blood-money that those who own camels pay one hundred camels, those who own cattle pay two hundred cows, those who own sheep pay two thousand sheep, those who own garments pay two hundred garments, and those who own wheat pay an amount that Muhammad did not remember.
حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا حماد أخبرنا محمد بن إسحق
أن رسول الله ﷺ قضى في الدية على أهل الإبل مائة من الإبل وعلى أهل البقر مائتي بقرة وعلى أهل الشاء ألفي شاة وعلى أهل الحلل مائتي حلة وعلى أهل القمح شيئا لم يحفظه محمد
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Bayhaqi (8/78) narrated it from the hadith of Abu Dawud, through him. Muhammad bin Ishaq used ambiguous transmission wording, and the chain is mursal. See the following hadith.
