The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Those entitled to retaliation among the relatives of the slain must hold back from killing in order of nearest of kin first, even if the nearest is a woman."
حدثنا داود بن رشيد حدثنا الوليد عن الأوزاعي أنه سمع حصنا أنه سمع أبا سلمة يخبر
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال على المقتتلين أن ينحجزوا الأول فالأول وإن كانت امرأة
