A mouse fell into some clarified butter, and the Prophet ﷺ was informed about it. He said, "Throw away what is around it and eat the rest."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا سفيان حدثنا الزهري عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله عن ابن عباس
أن فأرة وقعت في سمن فأخبر النبي ﷺ فقال ألقوا ما حولها وكلوا
Bukhari transmitted it in "The Book of Slaughtered Animals and Hunting," chapter, "If a mouse falls into solidified or melted fat," hadith no. 5538, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, through the same route.
