The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The buyer and seller have the choice to confirm or cancel the transaction as long as they have not parted. If they are truthful and disclose everything, their transaction will be blessed. But if they conceal and lie, the blessing of their transaction will be wiped out."
حدثنا أبو الوليد الطيالسي حدثنا شعبة عن قتادة عن أبي الخليل عن عبد الله بن الحارث
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال البيعان بالخيار ما لم يفترقا فإن صدقا وبينا بورك لهما في بيعهما وإن كتما وكذبا محقت البركة من بيعهما
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Sales, Chapter "If the two parties to a sale explain the goods clearly and do not conceal anything and give honest counsel," hadith no. 2079, and Muslim in the Book of Sales, Chapter "Truthfulness and clear explanation in sales," hadith no. 1532, from the hadith of Shubah, through this same chain.
