[Its chain is hasan] Tirmidhi narrated it, Kitab al-Buyu, chapter on what has been said regarding the option of the two parties in a sale, hadith no. 1248, from the narration of Yahya bin Ayub, with this wording, and he said, "It is a rare hadith..."
