The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "We had previously forbidden you from eating the meat of sacrificial animals beyond three days so that there would be enough for everyone. Now Allah has brought abundance, so eat, store it away, and trade with it. Indeed, these days are days of eating, drinking, and remembrance of Allah."
[Sahih] Nasai also narrated it in "Farah and Atirah, Chapter on the tafsir of Farah," no. 4236, from the hadith of Yazid bin Zuray, and Ibn Majah, no. 3160, from the hadith of Khalid Haddan, both through the same route, and its basic version is found in Muslim.
