Bukhari transmitted it in the Book of Manumission, chapter "Whoever among the Arabs owned a slave and gifted him," etc, hadith 2541, and Muslim in the Book of Jihad and Expeditions, chapter "The permissibility of raiding disbelievers whom the call of Islam has reached... etc," hadith 1730, from the hadith of Abdullah bin Awn, with this chain. It is also found in Sunan Saeed bin Mansur, hadith 2484.
