The Prophet ﷺ said, "The angels do not enter a house in which there is an image, a dog, or a person in a state of major ritual impurity."
حدثنا حفص بن عمر النمري حدثنا شعبة عن علي بن مدرك عن أبي زرعة بن عمرو بن جرير عن عبد الله بن نجي عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا تدخل الملائكة بيتا فيه صورة ولا كلب ولا جنب
Its isnad is hasan. Nasai narrated it in the chapter on purification, section on the person in a state of sexual impurity if he does not perform wudu, hadith 262, from the hadith of Shubah with the same wording. Ibn Majah also narrated it, hadith 3650. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (Al-Ihsan) 1202, as did Hakim 1/171, and Dhahabi agreed with him.Abdullah bin Naji is hasan al-hadith, the majority of scholars considered him trustworthy, and likewise his father is hasan al-hadith.
