Abu Hurayrah said, "Abu Bakr sent me with a group of those who were to make a public announcement on the Day of Sacrifice at Mina, that after this year no polytheist may perform the pilgrimage and no one may circumambulate the House naked. The Day of the Greater Pilgrimage is the Day of Sacrifice, and the Greater Pilgrimage is the Hajj."
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى بن فارس أن الحكم بن نافع حدثهم حدثنا شعيب عن الزهري
أن أبا هريرة قال بعثني أبو بكر فيمن يؤذن يوم النحر بمنى أن لا يحج بعد العام مشرك ولا يطوف بالبيت عريان ويوم الحج الأكبر يوم النحر والحج الأكبر الحج
Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on jizya and treaties, section "How the treaty should be announced to the people of the covenant," hadith no. 3177, from Abu Yaman Hakam bin Nafi, and Muslim in the chapter on Hajj, section "No polytheist shall perform Hajj at the House, nor shall he perform tawaf..." etc., hadith no. 1347, from the hadith of Zuhri through the same chain.
