[Its isnad is hasan] Tirmidhi narrated it, zakat, chapter on what has been said about the one who transgresses regarding charity, no. 646, from Qutayba with this chain, and he said, "Gharib from this angle." Ahmad bin Hanbal criticized Saad bin Sinan, and Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, no. 2335.
