Musaddad mentioned in his hadith, and he was a companion, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My heart sometimes becomes clouded, and I seek Allah's forgiveness one hundred times each day."
حدثنا سليمان بن حرب ومسدد قالا حدثنا حماد عن ثابت عن أبي بردة
مسدد في حديثه وكانت له صحبة قال قال رسول الله ﷺ إنه ليغان على قلبي وإني لأستغفر الله في كل يوم مائة مرة
