The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "People of the Quran, perform the witr prayer, for Allah is One and loves what is odd-numbered."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن موسى أخبرنا عيسى عن زكريا عن أبي إسحق عن عاصم
قال رسول الله ﷺ يا أهل القرآن أوتروا فإن الله وتر يحب الوتر
Its chain is daif. Reported by Tirmidhi, in the Book of Prayer, chapter on what has been said that Witr is not obligatory, hadith 453 and 454, and Nasai, hadith 1676 and 1677, and Ibn Majah, hadith 1169, from the hadith of Abu Ishaq Sabi with this chain. Tirmidhi said, hasan. The hadith has daif corroborating narrations in Ahmad, 1/107, and elsewhere.Abu Ishaq used the ambiguous form "an" in transmitting.
