From the Prophet ﷺ with the same meaning, with the addition that an Arabi asked, "What are you saying?"He replied, "It is not for you nor for your companions."
حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة حدثنا أبو حفص الأبار عن الأعمش عن عمرو بن مرة عن أبي عبيدة
عن النبي ﷺ بمعناه زاد فقال أعرابي ما تقول فقال ليس لك ولا لأصحابك
[Its chain is daif] Ibn Majah recorded it in Iqamat al-Salawat, chapter on what has been mentioned about Witr, hadith no. 1170, from Uthman bin Abu Shayba, with this chain. Abu Ubayda did not hear from his father, as mentioned previously, hadith no. 995.
