Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Prompt your dying ones to say, 'There is no god but Allah.'"

Takhrij: Also narrated by Muslim, Jana'iz, Chapter on prompting the dying to say "There is no god but Allah," hadith 916, from the hadith of Bishr bin Mufaddal through this same chain.On this subject there are also narrations from Abu Hurairah [Muslim, hadith 917], Umm Salama [to come, 977], Ayesha [Nasai, hadith 1828], Jabir [Aqeeli 3/72–73 and Bazzar 1/373], and Sadha Muriyya [he may be referring to the hadith of Tabarani in al-Kabir, 24/304, hadith 772].
