The Prophet ﷺ said, "A person in the state of ihram may kill the predatory beast that attacks, the biting dog, the mouse, the scorpion, the kite, and the crow."
حدثنا أحمد بن منيع حدثنا هشيم أخبرنا يزيد بن أبي زياد عن ابن أبي نعم
عن النبي ﷺ قال يقتل المحرم السبع العادي والكلب العقور والفأرة والعقرب والحدأة والغراب
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Rites, in the chapter on what a person in the state of ihram may kill among animals, hadith 1848, from the narration of Hushaym, with the same chain. Yazid is daif, as noted previously at 832, and others as well.
